Your written plan should identify inclusions, exclusions and any additional procedures before you agree to treatment.
3. Long-Term Warranty
Implant-component manufacturer coverage is separate from the clinic’s workmanship warranty. Lifetime manufacturer coverage applies only where provided under the selected implant system’s written terms. E-Max veneers and zirconia crowns include a written 10-year warranty, subject to its conditions and exclusions. Ask for the applicable terms before treatment; a warranty does not guarantee biological healing.
